I have known Ms. Abeer Abu Ghaith since I was technical advisor to the Minister of Telecom and IT since 2012. Abeer was the ALWANE Palestine Country Officer. I have also been invited by Abeer, when I became Minister to participate in several workshops and conference related to women empowerment and I followed her work during the different stages. I am pleased to be able to write a letter of recommendation for Abeer.
During all that period Abeer, she was highly motivated to learn as much as she can perform to her best capacities. She frequently put in long hours to work and develop her new company with her team. She always seemed sincerely interested in her progress and presented new projects in a way that captured attention. Besides her work in the University for Career Guidance, she always participated and led events to empower women and young people to be in a decision level and leadership. She advocated for gender equality and young empowerment.
